DISCLAIMER

You expressly understand and agree that: (a) this site and any of the services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and that this site makes no warranties, representations or conditions (as used in this section “warranties”) of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement and that any such warranties are hereby expressly disclaimed, and (b) this site specifically makes no warranties that a it or any of its services, including any content, information, products or services obtained from or through the use of this site or any of the services, will be provided on an uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free basis or that such services or the results derived therefrom will meet your requirements or expectations.

BILLING INFORMATION VERIFICATION

Orders are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, Customer Service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If Customer Service is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, Customer Service may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer without further notice.

PRICING AND OTHER ERRORS

If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on this website or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or presale date or you are able to order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale, then: We will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether because of human error or a transactional malfunction of this website.

UNLAWFUL RE-SALE OF TICKETS

Unlawful resale of tickets (or attempted resale) is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. A ticket shall not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless formal written authorization is given by us, provided that even if such consent is obtained, any use of our trademarks and other intellectual property is subject to us consent.

PERFORMERS/ARTISTS/ACTS/PLAYERS SUBJECT TO CHANGE

Performers, Artists, Acts, Players are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. No refund will be owed if any performer, artist, act, player, or any other scheduled performance, person, or group is changed or canceled and the event still occurs.

NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE

All purchases are non-refundable and not able to be exchanged. Notwithstanding, some events have different rules regarding the ability to refund and/or exchange your purchased tickets. Please refer to each event info for specific exclusions.

RAIN OR SHINE

Unless otherwise determined by the specific event promoter, all events are considered RAIN or SHINE. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather.

CANCELLED/POSTPONED EVENTS

Occasionally, events are canceled or postponed by us, promoter, team, band or venue. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event. For exact instructions on any canceled or postponed event, please check the event information online or contact us. If a refund is issued, then we will most likely give you a refund by issuing a credit to the credit card that you used to purchase that ticket, and the holder of the ticket will not be able to physically present it for a refund.

Customer Service typically only offers refunds and/or exchanges based on ours, the promoter’s, team’s, band’s, or venue’s instructions. Customer Service is not obligated to issue a refund except to the extent that we, the promoter, team, band, or venue responsible for bringing you the event (1) instructs us to issue a refund, and (2) provides us with the ticket funds necessary to issue refunds. In order to receive a refund or an exchange that may be offered, you will have to comply with ours, the promoter’s, team’s, band’s, or venue’s instructions or deadlines, which, along with the decision about whether or not to issue a refund or an exchange, maybe at ours, the promoter’s, team’s, band’s, or venue’s discretion.

FORBIDDEN OBJECTS

PROHIBITED ITEMS FOR THE EVENT:

• No glass of any kind
• No weapons of any kind (regardless of permit)
• No paint of any kind (including paint markers and spray paint)
• No fireworks
• No illegal substances
• No illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
• No large chains
• No laser pointers
• No flags or totems with metal or wood pieces
• No large umbrellas
• No unsealed tampons
• No stuffed animals/dolls
• No pacifiers
• No unsealed over the counter medications/vitamins (prescription drugs in non-approved containers must be turned over to medical)
• No vending without permit, no bicycles, scooters, go-carts, or ATVs
• No pets – unless it is a service animal, and you are a person with disabilities, or service animals in-training and have appropriate apparel and have on your person credentials from an accredited school for which the dog is being raised.
• No coolers
• No outside food or drinks
• No open containers
• No multi-pocket backpacks larger than 24’’ x 12’’ (cinch packs are permitted)
• No large backpacks
• No luggage
• No push carts
• No sports equipment (including frisbees)
• No tents or camping gear
• No soap, shampoo, conditioner or other detergents
• No flammable products
• No aerosol cans
• No camera tripods
• No projectiles or explosives
• No knives or sharp objects
• No open fires
• No water guns or misters
• No chairs
• No flyers, stickers, posters
• No hammocks
• No grills of any kind (including propane and charcoal)
• No generators
  No gas masks or tactical gear
• No aerosol cans (including deodorant and perfume)
• No Chinese lanterns
• No drones or unmanned aerial vehicles
• Any other items deemed as posing a threat to the safe enjoyment of the patrons.

SECURITY CHECK

Access to the Event site is PROHIBITED and refused to, but not limited to, people who:

• Are under the influence of illegal drugs or any other illegal substances.
• Are suffering from alcohol intoxication which, in Events staff’s sole discretion, has caused You to be in an impaired state.
• Have been previously banned from Events and/or other events by us the organizer, the administration, or legal authorities.
• Are demonstrating an intent to disturb the peace or to provoke someone else to do so.
• Engage in fighting or disruptive behavior.
• Use foul language.
• Wear clothing with obscene or indecent language.
• Resist the direction of and search by the Event security guards and security services.
• Refuse to declare and forfeits objects that are prohibited, as set forth herein.
• Distribute flyers or posters on or near the Event site. If You would like to promote one of Your events, then please send us an email at tickets@iconspromotions.com
• Act in violation of the provisions of one or more articles of these regulations or in the spirit thereof. Please note all ticket holders will be searched upon entering the Event site any by purchasing Your Ticket, you hereby consent to such searches and forever waive any and all related claims that could arise.  If you elect to withdraw such consent to such searches, you may be denied access to the Event, without refund or other compensation. Security guards will inspect all objects brought onto the Event site including, but not limited to, clothing, luggage, and other personal items in order to detect objects that may disrupt the course of the Event, jeopardize the safety of other ticketholders, or disturb the peace.  Security guards may search any persons and property on the Event site at any time, including, but not limited to, storage lockers, and confiscate any prohibited items, in their sole discretion.  Given the volume of attendees, it is not guaranteed that these objects will be returned to You.

NOTICE OF FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY

When you enter our events or programs, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.

By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by us and our affiliates and representatives. Images, photos, and/or videos may be used to promote similar events in the future, highlight the event, and exhibit the capabilities of Icons Promotions. You release Icons Promotions, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video, and/or sound recordings.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You expressly understand and agree that in no event shall this site, including its affiliates and licensors, be liable for any damages whatsoever, including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, and any damages for loss of profits, savings, goodwill or other intangible losses, regardless of whether this site had been advised of or could have foreseen the possibility of such damages, arising out of or in connection with: (a) the use, inability to use or performance of any of the services of this site, or (b) any unauthorized access to or modification to any of your content or transmissions, or (c) any other matter relating to this site or any of the services.
